SIP TARGET is a heavy-duty, defoamed phosphoric acid-based liquid detergent descaler, ideal for various Food & Beverage applications. SIP TARGET is highly effective in CIP recovery systems and general spray washing applications, targeting the removal of carbohydrates, proteins, and inorganic soils due to its strong acidity.
SIP TARGET excels at removing inorganic scale deposits, operates non-foaming, and is suitable for automatic dosing control by conductivity, ensuring optimal performance in cleaning and maintenance routines.
Usage Directions
- Apply at 1 – 3% depending on the level of soils
