Starting with accounting articles at PWC, Charl transitioned to Barlows Cat in 1995 in finance. He moved into Sales in 2002, General Management in 2004, and later joined Ecowize in 2021 after leading the Logistics division and serving on the Executive Committee at Barloworld Limited.

Zandro Steyn joined Ecowize in 2023 as General Manager for the East Coast in the Cleaning division. He brings experience in food safety and operational leadership, with a strong interest in the food industry and the impact it has on everyday life. His background reflects a practical approach to service delivery, with a focus on people, process and performance. He has been drawn to Ecowize because of the opportunity to contribute to work that supports hygiene standards, client confidence and operational discipline.

Starting in a private pathology practice, Cilna transitioned to marketing, focusing on the agricultural sector, veterinary pathology, and food and hygiene testing. Her interest in microbiology led her to a specialised microbiology laboratory in the food manufacturing industry. Joining Ecowize as an Area Manager in the Free State, she was promoted to General Manager in Cape Town within a year and a half.

Mr Lebohang Percy Mokoena is an experienced operations executive and quality management specialist with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the food manufacturing, hygiene and industrial services sectors. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, his career has centred on operational excellence, food safety compliance and business performance. His experience includes senior leadership roles in quality assurance, regional management and executive management, with a strong focus on HACCP, ISO standards, process control, supplier audits, workforce development and continuous improvement.
He has also been involved in the implementation of food safety and process control systems across bakery and manufacturing environments, bringing both technical knowledge and practical operational oversight to large-scale site management.
He leads with structure, accountability and a strong focus on people development. His approach is practical and hands-on, with an emphasis on removing obstacles, supporting teams and maintaining consistent standards.
