SIP 40 is a heavy-duty, low foaming, liquid alkaline CIP and bottle washing detergent specifically designed for the food processing, dairy, and beverage industries. Its powerful formula effectively breaks down carbohydrates and fats commonly found in food processing plants, ensuring thorough cleaning of equipment like wort coolers, HTST units, pasteurizers, fermenters, conditioning tanks, and evaporators.
Usage Directions
- Dilute between 0.5 – 4% depending on application.
- Optimal results obtained at temperature > 60ºC.
