SIP 30

SIP 30 is an alkaline, liquid detergent that hard water tolerant, crafted for use in food processing and the beverage industry. It can be used in a broad spectrum of cleaning methods such as CIP, Spray Washing, Frier Boil Outs, and Bottle Washing. SIP 30 excels in breaking down and suspending proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and heat-modified soils, making it ideal for cleaning Wort Coolers, HTST units, fermenters, conditioning tanks, and evaporators.

Usage Directions

  • Apply at 0.3 – 3.0% depending on the level of soiling
  • Optimal results obtained at temperature between 50 – 70°C
