We provide employees with the opportunity to learn and grow, to shape their careers and to make an impact. Ecowize is at the forefront of innovative solutions and insights enabling us to equip our staff to do their best. We offer four learnership programmes that provide industry skills to employees at all levels. These are also available to unemployed youth, upskilling them and growing a pipeline of potential leaders in the field.

We help youth enter the industry
We offer unemployed learners an opportunity to obtain a SETA-recognised qualification by enrolling them as hygiene operators with the required PPE, induction workshop and practical training. Combined with dedicated training days, they are also trained on our values, uplifting the person as a whole as they learn new skills. If they meet these standards and complete the learnership, they get to join us permanently. This allows them to earn money working while also studying.
